Rasky Baerlein Strategic Communications Announces Eight New Clients


Strong Growth Seen in Washington and National Accounts



July 14, 2009 (Boston) – Rasky Baerlein Strategic Communications today announced that it has won eight new accounts. The accounts are public relations and federal government relations assignments awarded by clients that include a major records management company, a university and several renewable energy companies.

The new clients include (in alphabetical order):

Cambridge Consultants, a national technology consulting firm, for media relations outreach throughout the US.

Iron Mountain, the information management and storage company, retained the firm for federal government relations services, regarding electronic medical records.

Massachusetts Institute of Technology, has hired the firm for strategic communications counsel regarding its annual technology conference called EmTech, which will be held in Sept. 2009.

Paine College, the historically black liberal arts college in Augusta, GA, hired Rasky Baerlein for public relations and federal government relations.

PowerSat Corporation, a space-based solar energy company, hired the firm for public relations support and consulting, message development and third-party outreach.

R.W. Beckett Corporation, the largest manufacturer of residential oil burners in North America, for federal government relations support on energy legislation.

Second Nature is a nonprofit organization working with college and university leaders to make environmental sustainability a foundation of all learning and practice in higher education. They have hired Rasky Baerlein to assist in public relations activities.

Sky Vegetables is developing urban commercial hydroponic farms on the unused flat roofs of American cities.  Sky Vegetables rooftop farms will provide cities  with local, fresh, safe, herbicide and pesticide free, fruits and vegetables for its citizens.  They have retained Rasky Baerlein for strategic communications, including public and government relations.
