Our Work

Working with the Quebec Government’s Delegate to New England, Rasky Baerlein designed and led a full-day communications training that also served as a team building exercise for the ten-person Boston-based staff. The interactive workshops encompassed determination of strategy, communication styles, team roles, perception and persuasion, as well as social media basics. Offered together, these programs provided participants with the opportunity to focus on putting their new communications skills into practice with both American and international audiences, as well as internal and external constituencies. Equally important, this comprehensive curriculum provided insight into each team member’s unique communications style, strengths, and challenges which helps communication with colleagues.
