In 2005 a major US public university’s janitorial service staff went on strike, creating a major uproar, threatening damage to both the company and university’s brand and reputation, and ultimately creating a two-year negotiation process with the National Labor Relations Board’s involvement. RBSC served as the daily media contact and spokesperson for the company throughout the public meetings, press conferences, and union meetings.
